Please review the following agreements before booking your session at Mic Drop Studio.

Client Agreement
Booking & Payment
All sessions must be paid in full prior to or at the time of booking. By completing a booking, you agree to the session terms outlined herein. Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings are honored at the rate paid.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full session fee. Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours in advance are accommodated subject to availability at no charge.
Session Time
Session time begins at the scheduled start time regardless of client arrival. Late arrivals do not extend the session end time. Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes early to allow for setup and orientation.
Guest Policy
Guests are welcome. All guests are subject to the same conduct standards as the primary client. Mic Drop Studio reserves the right to remove any individual from the premises who disrupts the session or violates studio policies.
Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk
By booking a session at Mic Drop Studio, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in podcast and/or video recording activities. You assume all risks associated with your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or technical issues.
Release of Liability
You agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Mic Drop Studio, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your use of the studio facilities, including claims of negligence.
Equipment Use
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment caused by misuse or negligence. Normal wear and use is expected and covered. Clients will be billed for repairs or replacement of equipment damaged through improper use.
Personal Property
Mic Drop Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises. Clients are encouraged to secure their personal belongings at all times.
Content Usage Terms
Ownership of Content
All content recorded by clients during their session is owned by the client. Mic Drop Studio makes no claim to ownership of your podcast episodes, video content, or any creative work produced during your session.
Studio Marketing Use
By booking a session, you grant Mic Drop Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use behind-the-scenes photos or short clips of your session for marketing and promotional purposes (social media, website, ads). You may opt out of this by notifying us in writing before your session.
Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for the content they produce. Content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights is prohibited. Mic Drop Studio reserves the right to decline future bookings from clients who produce content that violates these standards.
Third-Party Rights
You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Mic Drop Studio against any claims arising from your content.
Studio Policies
Conduct
All clients and guests must maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout their session. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of the session fee.
Food & Beverages
Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises. Clients are responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
Prohibited Items
Weapons, illegal substances, and any items that could damage studio equipment or the facility are strictly prohibited. Mic Drop Studio reserves the right to inspect bags if there is reasonable cause for concern.
Quiet Hours & Neighbors
Please be mindful of noise levels in common areas and when entering or exiting the building. Our studio is in a professional space with neighboring businesses. Excessive noise outside the recording room may affect your ability to book future sessions.
By checking the agreement box during booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the above terms and policies.
